I recommend that you take her to see your veterinarian. Sometimes with mange there can be a secondary bacterial infection or something else going on that may have caused her to become worse. If this is the case, she may need other treatments in addition to her mange treatment. Your veterinarian can talk to you about any further treatment that she may need after they have examined her.
