Hi Kirstin, if the swelling has continued I recommend that you take your puppy into see a veterinarian. Swelling of the eyes can be from an allergic reaction so it is important to have them seen by a vet when this occurs. Swelling of the eyes can potential lead to swelling of the muzzle and throat area in a severe reaction that can potentially lead to breathing problems. Treating early in the course of the reaction can help to prevent that from happening. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the swelling and the treatment that he needs after they have examined him.
