• My Labrador start exhibiting Excessive swallowing and jerking motion with his neck. I thought perhaps he was trying to avoid throwing up but he hasn’t thrown up . Is it acid reflux?

    Hi Felicia,
I recommend that you take him into see a veterinarian as soon as possible if you have not already done so. The symptoms that you are describing are concerning and they could be caused by a few different things. These do include nausea and acid reflux but there can be other more serious causes like an esophageal foreign body, a respiratory illness, or another underlying medical issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of these symptoms and the treatment that he need after they have examined him.
