I recommend that you take her into see your veterinarian. If she was in heat a month ago it would be rare for her to go into heat again now. Most dogs have heat cycles around every 6 months. It could be that there is something else that is causing her to show signs of heat.
Your veterinarian can examine her for any abnormalities that may be leading to her symptoms. They may also need to perform some laboratory tests to help rule out any medical causes for this. Any treatment that she needs will depend on the underlying cause for her heat symptoms.
