They know your pet’s medical history and can give you specific answers. In general it is not uncommon for a pet with a UTI to be treated with antibiotics for 14 days. The length of treatment needed based on the individual pets situation including the type of bacteria found in the urine, the severity of clinical signs, and the pet’s overall health.
