Your veterinarian can let you know what is causing the bloody urination as well as what is the best treatment. With her not eating and showing pain on urination, it is a serious concern. Urinary tract infections or bladder stones can be a couple of the causes for bloody urine. Both of these are can be very painful to her. In some cases, stones can cause a blockage of her bladder, which is a life threatening.
