A used dryer sheet can potentially cause some issues with the GI system. The most concerning would be if it becomes lodged in the GI system and causes a blockage. Another issue is that depending on the exact sheet, it may be toxic or cause damage to the GI tract. The best thing to do would be to take your dog into see a veterinarian. I also recommend taking in the box that they dryer sheet came from so that your vet can check for toxins in the ingredients. If you see any signs like vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or not wanting to eat you should take your pet into see a veterinarian immediately.
