If the limping and not eating have continued, I recommend that you take him into see a veterinarian if you have not already done so. These two things together are concerning. They may or may not be related to each other. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of his symptoms after they have examined him. The treatment that he needs will depend on the underlying cause of the symptoms. I do not recommend given aspirin unless directed to do so by your vet. Aspirin can be very hard on dogs and its use may prevent other safer medications from being used.
