I recommend that you take your dog into see a veterinarian. The little bumps that you are describing could be caused by mites but there can be other causes like allergies, infection, fleas, or an underlying medical issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the spots and the treatment she needs after they have examined her.
If you are concerned that this may have passed to you I recommend that you go to see your physician.
