There are many ways to treat fleas including baths, oral medications, and topical medications. I recommend making an appointment with the veterinarian and they can determine the best course for your pets. This way, the veterinarian can check for additional concerns such as infections or tapeworms that happen with flea infestation. To help clean your house, I recommend vacuuming frequently and taking the bag or container contents outside immediately after vacuuming. Turning the heat up in the house and using a humidifier can help hatch flea eggs faster as well.
