I recommend that you take your pet to see your veterinarian as soon as possible. Diarrhea in dogs can be caused by many different things. This includes intestinal parasites, bacterial overgrowth, primary GI disease, or an underlying medical condition. Some of these diseases can become severe if not treated. With the diarrhea lasting for 2 weeks it is unlikely something that your pet can clear on their own. Your veterinarian can give you a better idea of what may be causing the diarrhea after they examine your pet. Any treatment that your pet will need will depend on the cause of the diarrhea.
