• My dog has a skin condition that happend before and he got a prescription Simplicef 100mg. I called Banfield in Northborough hoping to get another prescription since its hard for me to bring it to the store. So they asked me to check with you guys. His has dry patches of skin, browness color. No odor and it doesn't seem to be itchy. I think he started to get this after his grooming appointment

    Hi Fanny,
I recommend that you call and talk to your local veterinarian about this. I am unable to diagnose or treat any pets through this service. This is because I don’t have a valid veterinarian-client-pet relationship. Your local vet has this relationship so they should be able to help you with this. Depending on the situation, they may be able to prescribe the antibiotics but they may require a visit prior to an treatment.
