  • I think my dog has ringworm. What can I do?

I recommend that you take your dog into see your veterinarian immediately. Ringworm can be a serious skin disease that can sometimes be passed to people. Many other skin conditions in dogs can sometimes look like ringworm. Your veterinarian can run some tests to confirm the diagnosis.

Treatment for ringworm may include a topical medication and/or an oral medication depending on the severity of the lesion. Your veterinarian can recommend the best treatment for your pet.
