I recommend that you take him into see a veterinarian. It is concerning that the rash has not cleared up after 10 days. There can be many different causes for the rash including infection, fleas, skin mites, allergies, or an underlying medical issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the rash after they have examined him. The treatment that he needs will be based in the underlying cause of the rash.
