Hi Nicole, I recommend that you take your pet into see a veterinarian. The spot that you are describing could be caused by a few different things including infection, injury, allergies, or a mass. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the spot and any treatment your pet needs after they have examined him. I do not recommend pulling on the area or squeezing as this can potentially lead to infection of other complications.
