I recommend that you call and talk to your veterinarian about the smell and the hole in the sutures. They can get some more information from you and then let you know if she needs to be seen by a vet. I do not recommend bathing her unless you are instructed to do so by your vet. If you notice the hole is getting larger or if there is any discharge from it, you should take her into see a veterinarian as soon as possible.
