• My cat is having some kind of issue with her eye. Its watering and she keeps it closed most of the time. What could be wrong?

    Hi Mark,
If these symptoms have continued, I recommend that you take her into see a veterinarian as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Keeping the eye closed is a sign of pain and this is likely uncomfortable for her. There can be a few different causes for these symptoms including infection, injury, something irritating the eye, or something more serious like glaucoma. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of her symptoms after they have examined her. They will likely recommend some specialized eye tests to help diagnose or rule out certain causes. The treatment that she needs will depend on the underlying cause and severity of her symptoms.
