• Marley was prescribed pyrantel pamoate for his hook worms. Is that a one time dosage that was given at the vet’s office? Because he still has worms in his stool 2 weeks post-vet visit

    I recommend that you call and talk to your local veterinarian about this question. In most cases, you should not still be seeing worms in the feces this long after the treatment. This may mean that he needs additional treatment or that there is another type of worm that is also present. Your vet knows your pet’s medical history and they will be able to give you the best advice on this.
