If your pet is lethargic and still exhibiting symptoms I recommend you take her to the vet immediately for an examination. The vet will be able to look her over and determine what treatment she needs to feel better. Please do not give her any more Benadryl until you have talked to a vet. Giving human medications to pets without guidance from a vet can be very dangerous, as it’s hard to regulate the dosage, particularly in such a small dog.
