I do recommend that you take Leo into see your local vet. They can confirm that what you are seeing is a tapeworm and if so they can identify the type of tapeworm. This diagnosis will allow them to recommend the best treatment for him. Also with your vet knowing Leo’s medical history they can advise you on how this may affect the underlying illness that required the antibiotics.
