Hi Deryns, There are many different criteria we use to determine how serious a lump might be. If it is large, painful, uncomfortable, bleeding or losing hair you should take her in right away. If it is none of those things, it should be OK to wait a couple of weeks. That said – if your “Mom’s intuition” is telling you to be concerned – trust yourself and bring her in right away.
