Hi Theresa, I recommend that you call and talk to your local veterinarian about this question. They know your pet’s medical history and they will be able to best answer your question. I don’t recommend that you start any other foods without talking to your vet. Trying to add a high calorie food can sometimes worsen any underlying GI issues. Your vet should be able to recommend the food that will be best for him.
