Hi Karli, I recommend that you call and talk to your local veterinarian about these questions. The swollen lymph nodes, lip, and muzzle are concerning. This could be a sign of puppy strangles but there can be many other causes for these symptoms. They know your pet’s medical history and they can let you know if this treatment is adequate for her or if she needs to be examined again and have her medications adjusted.
