Hi Jennifer, I recommend that you talk to your local veterinarian about this. Passing worms after deworming can be normal. This is the deworming doing its job to kill the parasites. Your vet knows your pet’s medical history so they will be able to give you the best advice on this. I do not recommend giving an over the counter dewormer unless directed to do so by your vet. It should be fine to wait for the appointment on Saturday as long as you are not seeing other symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or a lack of appetite. If you see any of these signs she should be taken into see a vet as soon as possible.
