Hi Maryana, I recommend that you take your dog into see a veterinarian. Heart Guard does help control certain intestinal parasites but it is concerning that you are seeing worms in multiple stools. Your vet can examine your pet and perform a fecal test that can diagnose the underlying parasite that you are seeing. This will allow your vet to recommend the treatment and ongoing prevention that will be best for your pet.
