Hi Maryana, I recommend that you take your dog into see a veterinarian. Heart Guard does help control certain intestinal parasites but it is concerning that you are seeing worms in multiple stools. Your vet can examine your pet and perform a fecal test that can diagnose the underlying parasite that you are seeing.
