• Bella keeps gnawing at the hind quarter and it seems to be getting raw. What can we give her to stop the gnawing and treat the raw area? Thanks!

    Hi Andrea,

I recommend that you take Bella into see a veterinarian. Gnawing at a particular area until it gets raw is concerning. There can be many different causes for this including allergies, infection, inflammation, skin mites, fleas, or an underlying medical issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of her symptoms after they have examined her. Your vet can then recommend the treatment that will be best based on the underlying cause of her symptoms.
