Dr. Crago grew up in southwest Virginia. She received a B.S. degree in animal sciences at Virginia Tech in 2011 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ohio State in 2015. She practiced in large and small animal clinics prior to joining Banfield in 2019. She has an interest in surgery, dentistry, reproductive management, and will never turn down an opportunity for continuing education. She traveled for veterinary missions in vet school, and is hoping to continue through the years. She and her husband, Michael (also a veterinarian), have geriatric pets including a rescue greyhound (Double Down), cocker spaniel (Hershey), and cat (Queen Elizabeth). When not working, Dr. Crago enjoys kickboxing at 9Round, yoga, and hiking. When she is not active, she is reading with her pets.
