Heather has been with Banfield since 2011, and was a client service coordinator and veterinary assistant before being promoted to practice manager in 2014. She attended Central Connecticut State University majoring in graphic design but shortly after graduating, decided to make a career change to follow her childhood dreams of working with animals. In 2010, she received her veterinary assistant certification from Asnuntuck Community College. She loves being able to work with pets every day, as well as helping pets and clients have a positive experience. At home, Heather and her husband have a rottweiler named Dutchess (who thinks she's a lap dog), and two cats, Binx and Nugs. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading books, outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing, and spending time at home relaxing with her family.
