Dr. Julian Pearce earned his B.S. degree in animal science from North Carolina State University in 2009, and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from NCSU-College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. He worked in various small animal practices for 10 years as a veterinary assistant before joining Banfield as an associate veterinarian in summer 2016. He lives in Greensboro with wife, Marilyn, their two dogs, Gracie and Roy, along with 3 rats, 3 zebra finches, 2 leopard geckos, a bearded dragon, a blue-tongue skink, a ball python, a rose-hair tarantula and 2 tropical fish tanks. Dr. Pearce's areas of special interest include nutrition, geriatrics, dermatology, neurology, behavior and exotics (small mammal and reptile).
