Jackie joined Banfield Hyde Park in December 2017. She has been in the veterinary medicine field for two years and previously worked for an animal boarding facility for three years. She has taken some educational courses in the veterinary field and plans to continue her schooling and become a RVT. Jackie would eventually like to become a marine mammal vet tech and work at a rehabilitation or conservation center for marine life. Jackie's favorite thing about veterinary medicine is animal behavior and connecting with the patients on a personal level. She enjoys seeing each patient grow and improve throughout their life. She lives with her five cats Spooky, Gio, Bootsie, Savannah, and Dexter. She enjoys rescuing stray cats and believes they find her rather than her finding them. Jackie would eventually like to get a French bulldog.
In her free time away from the hospital, Jackie likes relaxing with her cats. She also enjoys playing volleyball, going hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
