Dr. Andress joined the Banfield team in June 2018 after serving 7 years in the US Army Veterinary Corps. She has a passion for working canine athletes, raising well-rounded and socialized puppies, and is a die-hard cat lady. She graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from Murray State University prior. Dr. Andress lives on a small homestead with her husband, 3 dogs (Presa Canario), 6 cats, guinea pig, bearded dragon, ball python, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, and horse. In her spare time, she trains and competes her dogs, trail rides, and grows copious amounts of squash.
