Patty started volunteering at Banfield in 2008 after the death of her first dog, Jake, and was then hired as a veterinary assistant in 2009. She found a love of caring for animals which inspired her to return to college at CCBC to become a registered veterinary technician. She graduated and passed the National Veterinary Technician Exam in 2011, and then started her career as a RVT at Banfield. She has 2 very spoiled dogs, Scarlett (a mini Schnauzer) and Lucy (a golden/border collie Mix). Patty has a passion for learning and mentoring new associates. In her spare time, she loves making quilts for her family and friends, reading, and playing with her "adopted" grandson, Wyatt.
