Dr. Jessica Gaik is originally from Chicago, IL where she first acquired a degree in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Loyola in Chicago. She then went on to open and run an equine Show Jumping business, competing and training horses and clients on a national level. Following this, she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois, receiving the Dean's scholarship for excellence. During those four years, she simultaneously completed a Masters's degree through the University of Florida in Veterinary Sciences with a concentration on Animal Cruelty and Forensics. She is an active participant in the World Vets Outreach program and the ASPCA, going to countries in need of veterinary care to provide health services, donating time to animals in need. Dr. Gaik graduated with her DVM in 2018 and then completed a one year internship at a busy "mixed animal" practice in Colorado, treating large and small animals.
