Dr. Fraser was born and raised in southern California but found home in Texas when her father was stationed in Corpus Christi during high school. She went to Texas A&M University for her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. Dr. Fraser worked as a technician at a few small animal clinics in College Station, and even at the University, and as a breeding technician at a local quarter horse breeding farm, all in an effort to achieve her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She attended St. Matthews University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grand Cayman shortly after graduating from Texas A&M in 2012 and after 2.5 year in paradise, she completed her clinical year of veterinary school at the University of Georgia, graduating in 2016. Dr. Fraser then moved back to central Texas and met her husband, a firefighter for the city of Austin, and they have loved living in the Austin area with their two dogs, Soca and Heidi.
