Janet graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Snead State Community College in 2001 with a degree in veterinary technology. She started her career at Auburn University in the oncology department in 2001 and stayed there for 15 years as a surgical oncology technician. She chose to expand her skills into preventive care by joining Banfield in July 2018. Janet has a very loving and devoted husband named Matthew and together they have five children: Carly, Jenna, Will, Kailey, and Ivan. Their pets include two dogs, six cats, and two bearded dragons. She has had a passion for animals since she was a child and is grateful she gets to do what she loves every day!
