    Dr. Trisha Metz

    Veterinarian

I studied Zoology at Michigan State University and went on to vet school at University of Tennessee. Immediately following vet school I got an associate position at Banfield Pet Hospital. Currently, I am working part-time as my two boys, Maine age 5 & Sutton age 2, take up the majority of my time (and I wouldn't have it any other way)! I enjoy all outdoor activities and spending time with my boys and dogs, of which I have three. Sheffield is a 10 year old boxer mix who has been with me since my first year in vet school. Hamilton, my 8 year old boxer mix, who rightfully has earned the nickname "Hammy Baby" as even in his old age has the energy of a pup! And Bean my 9 year old Chihuahua mix, who just enjoys a warm lap or blanket most of the day! I am blessed to have what I feel is a balanced life between my love of career and family!
