    Rachel House

    Practice Manager

Rachel has been with Banfield Pet Hospital of Hyde Park since 2009. She graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. She started her Banfield career as a Client Service Coordinator and has worked her way up to the Practice Manager position. She really enjoys the connection she has with all of her long-standing clients and loves to meet new ones! She has 3 Australian Shepherds: Jasmine, Bandit and Ruxin. She has been a Banfield client since July of 2006 and would highly recommend the Hyde Park location to anyone!

    Andrea

    Shift Lead

Andrea has been with Banfield Pet Hospital of Hyde Park since 2011. She graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and minor in Sociology. In her spare time, Andrea loves relaxing with her family and three dogs: Roxy, Nova, and Rubi. Andrea can attest to the doctors' quality of care. Roxy had a double enucleation surgery and Nova had two cruciate ligament repair surgeries! Both pets recovered quickly and effectively thanks to the doctors of Hyde Park.

    Dr. Kathryn Craven

    Chief of Staff

Dr. Craven has been a practicing veterinarian with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University and then pursued her veterinary degree at a university in Glasgow, Scotland. While abroad Dr. Craven spent time in Australian, rehabilitating koala bears at the Australia Zoo and Wildlife Hospital. She also volunteered her time with the Phuket Animal Welfare Society in Thailand, spaying and neutering homeless pets. Upon graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Craven moved home to Northern Kentucky and now divides her time between the Banfield Hospital in Florence, Kentucky and the Banfield Hospital in Hyde Park, Ohio. Dr. Craven is very passionate about helping pets’ live long happy lives with their families.

    Dr. Beth Cunningham

    Veterinarian

Dr. Cunningham has been practicing at Banfield Pet Hospital of Hyde Park since 2011. She is a Hyde Park native and a graduate of Ursuline Academy. Dr. Cunningham completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Dayton and then made her way to Columbus to obtain her veterinary degree at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Most of Dr. Cunningham's time outside the hospital is spent with her two greyhound kids, Willow and Eric. They are both retired race dogs who lead very spoiled lives! She recommends the breed to anyone who is looking for a low energy, large-breed dog.

    Dr. Alyssa Wood

    Veterinarian

Dr. Wood graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine (Go Bucks!) in 2008 and has been with Banfield Pet Hospital since the spring of 2011. She really enjoys working with all the clients and their pets here at the Hyde Park location and some of her favorite cases are ones that deal with dentistry. Besides the clients and their pets, Dr. Wood really enjoys the team at Hyde Park. Our girls here work very hard but they find time to laugh every day. During Dr. Wood’s free time she likes to read, hike, work in the yard, attend sporting events, and spend time with her family. She has a large 110-pound-dog named Rufus, a small crazy dog named Lily, and 3 cats.
