Angela Woodward, DVM
Chief of Staff
Dr. Woodward graduated in 2006 and has practiced in MN since graduation. She joined the Banfield Eden Prairie team in 2008. Dr. Woodward has a miniature schnauzer name Allie and a cat name Marty.
Melissa Lee, DVM
Dr. Lee graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2009. She pursued veterinary medicine as it combined her interest in science and her love of animals. She joined Banfield in 2010. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is partnering with clients to keep their pets happy and healthy. Dr. Lee’s veterinary interests include: internal medicine, behavior, dentistry, and dermatology. She and her husband share their home with 2 dogs and 1 cat. They work as a team to always keep life interesting. In her spare time, she enjoys family time at the dog park and home renovations.
Jenny Mann, DVM
Dr. Mann graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2011. She grew up in Faribault, MN with several dogs, cats and exotic pets as part of her family. They have brought so much joy to her life and learning how to care for them and foster the human-animal bond between families and their pets seemed to be a natural career choice. She has a sweet 6 year old Golden Retriever named Emma, and a spunky 10 year old domestic shorthair cat named Felix. Her husband, Will, keeps her grounded and focused on what matters in life. They recently added to their family with a son, Liam, in February 2014. Dr. Mann loves spending time outdoors, gardening, and hiking with her family. She has a passion for music, and loves playing the guitar and going to concerts.
John Lloyd, DVM
Dr. John Lloyd graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2012. He developed an interest in medicine while in high school, and shadowed a veterinarian during his senior year. After that day he was hooked. Dr. Lloyd has one cat named Olive. His wife Maria is his complete opposite in most topics but is also gives him balance in his life. They hope to grow their family someday. He loves sports and fitness. Soccer is his primary sport of choice. He plays year round and has been on the same team since moving to Minneapolis in 2008. Aside from soccer, he loves to participate in summer activities like going to the lake, playing beach volleyball, yard games, and grilling.
Claire Kamrath, DVM
Dr. Kamrath graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2013 and shortly after joined our Banfield team. She became a veterinarian because she always loved animals, small and large. What she loves most about veterinary medicine is that it allows her to help not only animals, but the people who care for them. She currently has no pets of her own, but she does help care for her parents’ standard poodle, Sydney. She lovingly refers to him as her “puppy brother”. Dr. Kamrath will be getting married in May of 2014 and will soon be Dr. Norman! In her spare time she loves to participate in aerobics classes, especially Zumba. She also loves horses.
