    Dr. Jocelyn Richardson


    Dr. Jocelyn Richardson is a native of Dothan, Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Auburn University. She went onto pursue a Master’s of Science in Food and Animal Sciences from Alabama A & M University. Afterwards she returned to Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and completed her veterinary degree. Dr. Richardson completed a Small Animal Rotating Internship at MedVet Memphis (currently Memphis Veterinary Specialists). Dr. Richardson joined Banfield Pet Hospital in 2013 after working as an ER clinician for 4 yrs. More Details >>

    Dr. Jill Coomer


    Dr. Coomer joined the Banfield Pet Hospital of Dothan in October 2012. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry in 2001 at Middle Tennessee State University. She then enrolled in St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. During veterinary school she received the Ivan Scholarship for her work helping the residents of Grenada in the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan. Dr. Coomer's areas of special professional interest include surgery and radiology. She is a member of the Solid Rock United Pentecostal Church in Enterprise, AL. At home, she has two Jack Russell terriers named Piper and Prisca.     Dr. Kelli McNamara grew up in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Chemistry, she attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from vet school in 2012. Dr. McNamara has been married to her husband, Darrell Rigsby, for 4 years, and has 4 cats, Lulu, Jack, Lola, and Sally.
