Dr. Natalie Heininger
Dr. Natalie Heininger graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She loves working with her fellow associates at Banfield, because they are welcoming, truly care about pets and make coming to work fun every day. She has a cat named Ninja as well as two Labradoodles named Brady and Coco. She spends her free time cooking with her husband, reading, snowshoeing with her dogs and vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard with family and friends.
Lauren graduated from Cazenovia College with a degree in Equine Business Management and has been with Banfield since 2010. She loves working at Banfield because she gets to do what she does best everyday: help animals! Lauren has two Australian Shepards Riley & Holly, a cat named Calvin, and two horses a mom and baby Fancy and Sundae. She spends her free time riding and showing reining horses with her husband, reading and scrapbooking.
Dr. Cory Kleinmann
Chief of Staff
Dr. Kleinmann grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin for undergraduate studies in zoology. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Wisconsin, School of Veterinary Medicine and practiced small-animal medicine in a busy hospital in the Washington, DC area for five years. She recently returned from London where she lived and worked as a veterinarian for the last three years. Dr. Kleinmann lives with her husband, three-year-old daughter and a senior black Lab named Chelsea. Dr. Kleinmann enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has particular interest in internal medicine, dentistry and dermatology. In her spare time she enjoys going to the park with her family, camping and travelling.
Dr. Melissa Lassus
Dr. Lassus is a recent graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She pursued her clinical studies at Purdue University in Indiana. Before embarking on her vet school journey, she grew up in southern New Hampshire and lived in Boston for seven years. Dr. Lassus worked as a veterinary technician for eight years prior to vet school and always had a passion for practicing medicine. Her interests include internal medicine and acupuncture, along with routine annual exams where she can build relationships with her clients. When not working Dr Lassus enjoys camping, hiking, going to the beach or spending time with her dog Gia and two cats, Sebastian and Sagira.
