Veterinarian

Dr. Carpenter was born and raised in a small town in central Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Environmental studies at East Strasburg University. After attending veterinary school at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Carpenter moved to the Hampton Roads area. She has two adult children. Her hobbies are fishing, kayaking, and bicycling. She has two cats, one dog, too many fish tanks, and two grand-snakes.
