Kelsey Stickler, DVM

Dr. Kelsey Stickler was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the University of California, Irvine. She graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in May 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. She practiced companion animal medicine in Los Angeles for two years before moving back to Iowa to practice at Banfield in Clive. Dr. Stickler bought her first home in Des Moines with her finance. She and her finance share a 14-year-old Jack Russell Terrier whom she calls her son. Dr. Stickler is excited to collaborate with her colleagues at Banfield and build relationships with Banfield’s wonderful clients and their beloved pets. Her special interests include preventative care, nutrition, and internal medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Stickler loves reading and watching movies, and she enjoys working through escape rooms.
