Jennifer Gilbert, DVM

Dr. Jennifer Gilbert joined the Banfield team in 2013. She attended St. George's University and graduated in 2021 with a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gilbert enjoys working for Banfield as Chief of Staff and takes pride in her passion for soft tissue surgeries, her love of adorable Shih Tzus, and preventive medicine. Dr. Gilbert has 2 dogs, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, boating, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Gilbert passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by preventing diseases that are preventable with the multiple preventative options we have.
