The Banfield Applied Research and Knowledge team uses the data in PetWare (Banfield’s centralized medical record database) to conduct meaningful research, generate new knowledge and facilitate hospital-based research studies, allowing us to stay informed, practice up-to-date evidence-based medicine and contribute to the improvement of pet health care.

We believe that today’s veterinary students are shaping tomorrow’s veterinary care. That belief is demonstrated in the unique programs we offer to students in the veterinary field. Each program is designed to provide development opportunities to the next generation of veterinary professionals giving them the confidence to make a difference in the lives of pets and their people.
 
Banfield is committed to veterinary students’ professional development, providing programs for 1st -3rd year veterinary students and externship opportunities to clinical year students.
