Grooming isn't just about a fabulous "do," it's also about keeping Pets healthy and happy with services including expert nail trimming, ear cleaning and teeth brushing. The millions of dogs that visit our PetSmart salons each year are pampered by Pet Stylists who must complete a rigorous PetSmart safety certification process.

Dogs and their Pet Parents grow smarter each year with help from our 1,500 accredited Pet training instructors. In addition to ensuring that Pets are happy, well-behaved members of the family, the classes help solve obedience problems - the number one reason Pets are relinquished to shelters. And with the SmartPet Promisesm, training customers are guaranteed 100 percent satisfaction or they can take the class again for free.

PetSmart PetsHotel®, our overnight boarding and daycare facilities for dogs and cats, offer an exclusive promise, featuring caregivers who are hand-picked for their love of Pets and are on the premises 24 hours a day. That's why Pet families rely on us to take care of their Pets when they can't be there. In addition to day camp services located inside every PetsHotel, we are also opening Doggie Day CampSM locations in stores that don't feature a PetsHotel, giving busy Pet Parents yet another reason to pass up the competition.
