Call your neighborhood Banfield and tell the office manager that you’d like to sign up for Pet Adoption Rewards. When you do, you’ll receive a supply of Banfield Pet Adoption Rewards Program brochures to give to every new adoptive parent. Inside each brochure, they'll find:
- A special care voucher, good for 50% off an Optimum Wellness Plan membership enrollment fee OR a FREE office visit during the pet's first visit to Banfield. Make sure you enter the adoption date and your agency's contact information on each brochure so we know where to send the $20 veterinary care voucher.
- Information about proper preventive care and answers to popular pet health questions.
- Special offers from PetSmart®, Royal Canin®, Greenies®, FirstShield® flea control for cats or FirstShield Trio® flea/tick control for dogs.
