I have an 8 month Goldendoodle. I am having a hard time breaking him out of the habit of begging. Each time me and my family go to eat, he is there in your face trying to get your food. And with him being as stubborn as he is, it's very hard to make him listen. Will you please give me some advice on what to do? It would be greatly appreciated.
How do I wean my puppy?
We have 2 cats and will be bringing home a new puppy. What should we do to prepare the cats for the puppy. They are indoor cats. I know we want to get them up to date on shots, groomed and have their nails capped.
Why does my dog Willie eat dirt?
I just got a new dog, Barney. He has dry skin, and close to his backside he is losing hair from scratching so much. Is there a cream or ointment I can give him.
Oliver(our rabbit) came to us from another family in early July. He is a very good bunny, potty trained, etc. For the last two weeks, he has been shedding constantly and in large amounts that I find inside his cage when I clean it. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about? None of his habits have changed, he is still eating normally, playful as ever and bowel movements appear normal. Occasionally he does have a BM that is a different shape than the typical round ones, and appear to be wet, but it has only happened a couple of times. Any information or guidance you can give me would be appreciated.
My wife and I have been strongly considering purchasing an english bulldog. However, we've read on the internet that they can be very expensive due to health concerns (respiratory, hip, eye). I know every dog is different, but is taking care of a bulldog a lot more expensive than taking care of most dogs? We love the breed but can't really afford to break the bank taking care of one. Thank you!
My dog has had a really dry cough for the past couple of weeks. Why is he coughing and what should I do?
My Puggle is 4 years old and has never had a teeth cleaning. At our last appointment our vet recommended that we have her teeth cleaned professionally. I am interested in this service through your hospital. Can you please give me some information regarding this procedure?
Can playing tug with a toy cause aggression in your dog?
