My dog vomited 2x today after eating and now he is gagging and drooling, how can I help him? I don't think he ate something he shouldn't.
My hamster is almost three years old and is getting really fat. It has gotten so bad that you can barely see his tail! He also is never awake he just gets a drink of water and some food once in a while. What do you think is the problem?
I had a few questions. I recently purchased a pug that I will be picking up on 5/11/2013. I wanted to know when I pick it up what shots will it need it was born on 2/21/13? I also wanted to know I if I could get it neutered once I pick it up? Should I get the surgery for brachecephalic syndrome when I get it neutered? Also I will be moving from Delaware to North Carolina there is a Banfield down the street from my new house will my dogs records transfer automatically when I move from DE to NC?
I just got a Shih Tzu puppy, and even though the lady that I brought her from suggested that regular tap water was fine for her, I would prefer to give he bottled Poland Spring water. Is this okay?
My male dog will sit across the room from his food dish and stare at it for a while before eating. Why is he doing this, and is it a behavior to be concerned about? Thanks!
My dog Lily has recently developed anxiety to riding in the car. She is 7 years old and used to love it. Now she wants to get out as soon as possible. She starts to dig in the seat and eventually will go to the floor. We can be going to my sister's house which is only 20 minutes away or to my parents house which is 3 hours. Any ideas on what I can do to make riding in the car better for her? Thank you for you time and assistance.
I had a 3 month old lab die of possible parvo earlier this year. My 2 year old mix had parvo last year but recovered. Is there a way I can get rid of parvo in my yard and home to prevent another animal from contracting parvo?
My dog is eating his poop and the cat's out of the litter box? I don't know if hes lacking something or not. We put him on a diet several months ago.
We just had her spayed this afternoon, and she has shown every sign of good recovery: lots of sleeping, walking fine, eaten dinner (half portion), urinated and defecated soon after we got home. Two hours later she wanted to go outside again and walked down the five steps from our deck to the yard by herself. But then she tried to have a bowel movement and could not. She walked backwards trying, then looking forlorn, she just laid down in the grass. She's now sleeping again and soon she'll go to bed for the night, but should we be concerned? Thanks, Lisa and Jim Sherman
I took my dog in for a clean up hair cut yesterday and ever since he is dragging his butt across my floor every now and then. Can you tell my why and what I can do to stop him?
