Cat & Dog Microchipping
Offering safety and reassurance beyond the collar tag, we highly recommend microchipping for all dogs and cats.
How Does Pet Microchipping Work?
Powered by HomeAgain®, our TruePaws® program provides your pet with a unique identification number via a microchip permanently stored beneath your pet’s skin. We then store the identification number in our national database, which is linked to your pet's medical record and your contact information. This increases the chances that your pet will be returned to you if he is lost and loses his or her collar and tags.
In addition, we offer the TruePaws Promise, which means that when your lost pet has a TruePaws microchip and is current on his or her vaccinations, we will provide any necessary life-saving medical services until you are contacted. This ensures that any necessary pet emergency care is not delayed.
